This course is suitable for coaches of all levels. If you are a new coach you will enjoy learning about a scientifically-backed approach to performance that integrates the body. If you’re more experienced, or you are considering taking our advanced course, the Introduction to Physical Intelligence will help you develop your awareness and knowledge of your body, and the Physical Intelligence approach.
